SIAS offers a range of Japanese gyozas (餃子) and Korean mandus (만두), inspired by Asian culinary traditions.

These dumplings are made in our factory in Hauts-de-France, using controlled production processes and raw materials that meet strict quality, food safety and traceability requirements.

Chicken, Beef, Vegetables, and Shrimp

CHICKEN GYOZA

A rich chicken stuffing with delicious vegetables for an explosion of flavours.

BEEF GYOZA

A beef filling seasoned with wok-style flavours, coated in a sweet and savoury mixture.

VEGETABLES GYOZA

A very mild and balanced filling, rich in vegetables and tofu.

SHRIMP GYOZA

The sweetness of the prawns is enhanced by subtle notes of garlic and vegetables.

Packaging:

Box of 220gr composed of 10 Gyozas/Mandus + 1 bag of soya sauce

Bag of 600gr composed of 30 Gyozas/Mandus

Preparation guide:

Korean Style:

heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the gyozas and cook for 10 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides

Japanese Style:

heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the gyozas. Brown on one side for 2 minutes, then add 3 tablespoons of water and cover for 4 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for 1 minute.

Chinese Style:

Put the Gyozas in an oiled steamed basket. Have it cooked above a pot of boiled water with a lid for 5 minutes

Microwave:

remove the frozen gyozas from the bag and place them on a plate. Cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds at 900 watts.
